Because all spirit wear items are custom made to order, sales are final once the preorder period closes. Please review sizing carefully before purchasing. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for size or design selections. If an item is defective due to our error, notify the Booster Club within 7 days of distribution and we will work to make it right.
Shipping / Fulfillment PolicyAll items are preorder only and made in-house by Premium 509 Designs. Orders close on the posted deadline and production begins after the store closes. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for completion. All finished orders will be picked up in bulk by your school’s Booster Club representative for distribution. No individual shipping is provided.
